Ownership of goods:

All goods sold by Fit Filtration shall remain the property of Fit Filtration until paid in full

Aquarium warranty:

All tanks/reef systems must be placed on a level floor/surface. If home made cabinet this must be level also. Failure to carry out these checks may result in the aquarium being under stress with possible glass failure and breakage occurrence. This will in turn void any warranty offered.

Aquarium Operation:

All aquariums will operate with several pumps or more which in turn generate some level of operating noise. Whilst this is at a reasonably low level we do not sell our products on a silent running basis and some level of operation noise will be heard from your aquarium system.

Replacement Warranty:

Fit Filtration will replace any item which fails to operate or function within the first 4 weeks of sale. The item must be returned to us where possible and we will arrange a replacement if the product is a manufacturing fault. Any item which falls outside this time period will go through the standard manufacturers warranty.
